Burlington Firm Negotiates Deal For Union Square Retail Properties

BURLINGTON, MA (today) — KeyPoint Partners (KPP) represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale of 1-9 North Beacon Street/491 Cambridge Street and 479-489 Cambridge Street in Allston, Massachusetts for $7,940,000, announced Jonathan Aron, Vice President of Investment Sales for the firm.

1-9 North Beacon Street/491 Cambridge Street is a 5,700-square-foot, single-story building on a 9,900 square foot lot. The property is contiguous with 479-489 Cambridge Street, which is a single-story building containing approximately 6,100 square feet on a 9,500 square foot lot. The fully-leased properties are located in the middle of busy Union Square.
