KeyPoint Partners negotiated the sale of an outparcel in Hooksett, New Hampshire to Nouria Energy Corporation. Vice President of Retail Brokerage Don Mace handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.

The 1.63-acre parcel is located on Hooksett Road (Route 3) in Hooksett, at the entrance to the Hooksett Village Shops, and currently houses a Nouria gas/convenience location.
