KeyPoint Negotiates Lease with Blank Street Coffee in Harvard Square

BURLINGTON, MA (today) — KeyPoint Partners negotiated a lease with Blank Street Coffee for an 876 square foot space at 1380 Massachusetts Avenue, Harvard Square, Cambridge MA. VPs of Retail Brokerage Don Mace and Rob Grady negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. 1380 Massachusetts Avenue directly faces the busy pedestrian walkway near the entrance to the Harvard T station in famous Harvard Square and directly across from Harvard Yard.
