KeyPoint Negotiates Jersey Mike’s Lease in Bourne, MA

BURLINGTON, MA (today) — KeyPoint Partners negotiated a lease with Jersey Mike’s Subs for a 1,990 square foot space at Bourne Bridge Crossing, Bourne MA. VP of Retail Brokerage Don Mace negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. Bourne Bridge Crossing is located at the intersection of Routes 6 and 25, adjacent to the Bourne Bridge rotary. Other tenants at the center include PetSmart, Domino’s, and Starbucks. With the addition of Jersey Mike’s (coming soon), the property is fully leased.
