FunCity Adventure Park Signs Milestone Lease at River Pointe of Algonquin

BURLINGTON, MA (today) — FunCity Adventure Park negotiated a 35,549 square foot lease at River Pointe of Algonquin, Algonquin, Illinois. The site will house FunCity’s 25th location nationwide. KeyPoint Partners consulted on the transaction on behalf of client FunCity Adventure Park.

River Pointe is a Jewel/Osco-anchored shopping center located at the intersection of Algonquin Road Randall Road in in Algonquin, northwest of Chicago. Other tenants at the center include Guitar Center, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, and Fitness 19. FunCity Adventure Park will occupy a 35,549 square foot endcap opposite Wendy’s.

FUNCITY ADVENTURE PARK is a high quality indoor entertainment concept offering a variety of entertainment activities that appeal to all ages: trampolines, laser tag, foam pits, bumper cars, arcades, ninja course, party rooms, and more.
