Operating under another name in a handful of New England locations, the private, independent owner of FunCity Adventure Park came to KeyPoint Partners for help in a planned expansion, mainly through acquisition.

KPP created marketing decks and other support materials, and greatly enhanced FunCity’s presence at ICSC tradeshows and its profile within the CRE industry. KPP connected FunCity with the powerful custom-built online portal they had helped create with CRE data provider RetailSphere, which gave the FunCity team the ability to quickly assess hundreds of potential sites across the country. Today FunCity Adventure Parks has 36 locations in 17 states open now, opening soon, or under agreement, and the operator owns over 25 shopping centers totaling more than 3 million SF. FunCity operates high quality indoor family entertainment facilities, offering a wide variety of entertainment activities that appeal to all ages: Trampolines, laser tag, foam pits, bumper cars, arcades, ninja course, party rooms, and more.
